CIC will identify potential strategic partners and help to create alliances that usually lead to increased company value. These national and international contacts together with our close association with venture capitalists enables us to provide decisive support to our clients for the further development of their companies.

Strategic alliances don't mean necessarily a merger or take over situation but could end up as such. They have become even more important in the light of the recent European extension of the EU and the need to build bridges between continents in order to access the US and Asian markets. Dutch ICT companies traditionally have an open mind for this in order to take advantage of new challenges in territories where it is difficult to work without a local partner.

It is CICs experience that this could even be valid for countries that are relatively close and well known to each other within the current European Union. In view of the consolidation trends we see in the Technology Media & Telecom world, this is an aspect that especially the ICT companies from the smaller EU countries cannot ignore. CIC assists in approaching this issue proactively taking advantage of our Quality Network trying to create win win positions.
