Mr. Lambertus P. Kroes (President - Founder)
Bert Kroes is the founder and president of CIC Corporate Integration Consultants. His unique experience as entrepreneur combined with an unmatched network of relations in the ICT and professional experience in M&A constitutes the basis for the exceptional services provided by CIC. Bert Kroes studied at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam (economics, business, CPA) and began his international career as financial director of Philips in South America. Bert proved his flair as an entrepreneur initially as founder and director of Compu'Train and later as managing director of Info'Products Holding. After rendering services for several years to Getronics as M&A director and Managing Director of Geveke Electronics, Bert founded CIC in 1992 and for several years combined his activities there with his role as director and owner of a specialized software house, which was sold in 1997. Bert currently works solely and exclusively for CIC Corporate Integration Consultants as dealmaker and advisor together with the other partners.

Mr. Andy Rooswinkel (Associate Partner)
Andy Rooswinkel (49) studied Business Economics and started as a trainer of accounting software at Compu’Train B.V. in the Netherlands. Andy than moved to the ERP vendor Unit 4 Software B.V. First active in channel sales followed by chairing the SMB division. Few years later promoted to the management board. Andy was responsible for worldwide alliances; product management; marketing and co-responsible for mergers and acquisitions. Part of Andy's track record includes his contribution to a very successful IPO and various acquisitions thereafter including post acquisition activities. A major project was co-ordinating the 'embedding' of the merger with Agresso. He also acted a few years as business angel. In 2005 he became co-owner and Business Development director of Servoy. Servoy delivers globally a PAAS / SAAS development platform for and to ISV's. Servoy attracted funding of a Dutch VC in 2006 and was nr. 8 in the Fast 50 of 2008. Remarkable note Bert hired Andy as employee for Compu’Train 25 years ago, his first job.

Mr. Robert M. Vermeulen (Associate Partner)
Rob Vermeulen started out in sales and product marketing of electronic components and has been Managing Director for more then 15 years of Diode Group, an international distribution organization in the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Spain. Thereafter Getronics NV during 5 years, where he has been Divisional Director responsible for a number of companies in the field of distribution of electronic products and IT systems, system integration and manufacturing in Europe and the Far East. Finally Atag Holding NV for 8 years, a renowned vendor of domestic appliances, as member and chairman of the board. Since 1999 Rob managed and co-founded several IT companies
Rob is an expert in up selling and advising companies he feels he can identify himself with and has experience in sale and buy processes plus excellent negotiating skills.

Mr. Fred C. Kleene (Associate Partner)
Fred Kleen has a broad experience in F&A, ICT and General management in several branches for well known Dutch companies like Stork, BT, Textiel Groep Twenthe. He worked for 4 years for Getronics on a corporate level as corporate director internal audit & special projects and has a proven track record in situations in which for compelling reasons strategic re alignments have to be introduced and managed. It that role he had to manage all kinds of change processes from restructuring until divestments.
Fred is an excellent negotiator and somebody who knows to convince with arguments and who never forgets that deal making is also people business.

Theo is managing director of Da Vinci Finance an independent advisory company specialized in bussines banking and corporate finance. Before starting his company Theo worked for over 10 years as business banker for ING and Fortis. As a business banker he developed an excellent feeling for business opportunities and negotiation in perspective of understanding the financial needs of stockholders. He has a broad network and particular knowledge of bankers, investors and other financials. Theo stands for reputation of knowledge, innocation, commitment and integrity in providing his customers high personal services.
