CIC has successfully advised the share holders of SNE during the sale process with Distrilogie!

Distrilogie Group is continuing its drive for development through external growth and has acquired the Dutch company SNE, NetApp and CommVault distributor in the Netherlands.

After the successful integration of Numitor the NetApp distributor in Belgium and Luxembourg, Distrilogie is expanding its activities in The Netherland in the storage market, one of their core activities.

SNE is a storage Distributor with remarkable track records with NetApp and a turnover in the region about 20 millions Euros for 2009. According to René Feijen SNE managing director: “SNE has built up a sustainable and trusted partnership with NetApp and a loyal customer base, synergies with Numitor, Distrilogie's NetApp division in Belux will consolidate and accelerate momentum."

Finally the acquisition of SNE is a strategic move for the Distrilogie Group in many respects: it consolidates our NetApp partnership in the Benelux; strengthens our storage core business and provides us with a solid base to expand in The Netherlands.
